Oh, that's fantastic! Snape's profile, the claws (they're awesome!), the pose of the phoenix... I especially adore the yellow/greenish highlights in the phoenix's plumage: not only does it look very cool but also gives the whole "bird" a somewhat otherworldly, magical feeling. Great!
